Wondering what happens after you've submitted your playtest request? Let's walk through how we handle your game and manage the testing process, keeping your intellectual property secure every step of the way.
Your Game's Journey at Lysto
Build Security: Your game's security is our top priority. Here's how we protect and process your submission:
- Initial Processing: When your playtest request is confirmed, your game build or link is securely transmitted to our system. For first-time clients or special requirements, our QA team may perform a quick check to ensure everything runs smoothly - this won't cause any delays.
Finding the Right Players:
We send invitations to players matching your target criteria through:
Email notifications
In-app alerts
Selected players must accept our Non-Disclosure Agreement before accessing your game
They confirm by typing "I agree" - this ensures your game's confidentiality
Pro Tip: We always recruit extra players beyond your requested number. This helps us ensure you get your full quota of quality playtests, accounting for any potential technical issues or delays.
The Testing Process:
Players download your game and begin testing
They provide verbal feedback while playing
Each session is recorded according to your specifications
For APK builds, our security system automatically prevents access after testing
Quality Assurance:
Before you receive the results:
Our review team checks each playtest video
We verify all your instructions were followed
Technical quality is assessed
Only videos meeting our standards are published
Final Delivery:
Once we have enough approved videos, you'll find them ready to view on your Lysto dashboard.
Important Note: Throughout this entire process, your game remains protected by our security measures and player NDAs.
