Can I cancel my playtest order?

You can cancel a playtest order before the playtester assignment. Here's how:

1. Go to your dashboard

2. Find the playtest you want to cancel

3. Click the three dots menu (⋮)

4. Select "Delete"

Important Note:

• Cancellation is only possible when the request status is "New"

• Once playtester assignment begins, cancellation is no longer available
